It has to make an atmosphere that the courts are confidants and are ready to give help to families. They also have to become available to family members to help them in changing conditions. However, to be able to do this, Divorce Court needs to preserve a high standard of ethics. It has to be just, unprejudiced and truthful in order to protect the families from those who would prey on the unfortunate situation.
